It does not identify you personally unless you submit a form. Our live chat is provided by Pipedrive LeadBooster; anything you type in the chat is processed by Pipedrive on our behalf. Details you submit through forms, downloads or chat flow into our customer relationship system (Pipedrive) so we can respond.
